Basic Beach is just how she sounds. Nothing fancy has been a well-loved mid-century home, a cozy little gem that is clean and has a funky vibe. A perfect place to just sleep & beach. It would be great for honeymooners, snowbirds, singles, and couples that are all about simplicity but want a great place to stay within walking distance to a grocery store, donut shop, and beach. 2 Beach chairs. Please READ THE RULES prior to booking. The space Basic Beach is a cozy, comfortable, minimal place with the beach 1 block away. This place is in no way luxury but she is small, cute, clean, and ready for you! You will have access to a small front yard with two patio chairs and a grill. You will have access to the unit itself, the yard in front of this unit, as well as the shared laundry room, keep in mind this is a tri-plex with three individual houses-each with its own parking, small yards, and a shared laundry room. This unit is in between two other units. Other things to note: this unit has a window unit for heating and cooling (no central heat and air). This is an older cinder block home so it generally keeps pretty cool in the heat and warms pretty quickly as well. The shower is pretty small as it is equipped with a small corner shower we just ask that you make sure the liner stays in the shower space so you don’t have a wet floor. Make sure to use a floor towel or mat when showering. There is designated parking for this unit with 1 parking space. There is not enough space for two vehicles. You will have 1 dedicated parking space for your rental. Otherwise you have access to everything you see in photos. Other things to note We only provide amenities (toilet paper/paper towels) as a one-time initial part of your stay to get you started, any additional items you may need will not be provided. However, there is a grocery store with all the goodies you need for a stay within a mile or so away for your convenience. This helps us keep our costs competitive for your stay.
