A great spot for motorcycling and biking, surrounded by beautiful nature and just 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Bedroom: One bedroom with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and clothing storage. Living Room: A cozy space with a 50-inch smart TV, sofa bed, and chair. Open to the kitchen for convenience. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and a dining table for four. Bathroom & Laundry: Includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, and large counter for washing. A washer and dryer are available, along with laundry essentials. Please note: This is a family home with three active boys, so it may not be ideal for guests seeking a very quiet environment. No parties, loud music, or pets allowed.
