The duplex type set up has a wheelchair accessible bedroom, bathroom and living areas. Spacious and user friendly an easy getaway spot for those looking for an base to explore. 3 minute drive or Uber to Jack Rabbit, The Whiskery, Scotchman Hill, Terindah and Bennetts wineries, this is a great location to situated yourself to explore the great Bellarine locations. You will be situated in a quiet residential area, as such large groups and parties will not be accepted for this property as we value our neighbours privacy. You are also on the fringe of the Drysdale township with lots of great cafes a short 15 minute walk or 3 minute car trip. You will be best served having your own transport to explore, as public transport isn't frequent in this area (especially in Public Holidays). You will be a short trip from Portarlington, Clifton Springs boat ramp or St Leonard where there are great fishing, swimming and walking spots. Our cosy and neat accommodation is friendly for children, with a portacot available for use also. In floor heating is available in colder months, with fans for comfort in summer. Our property is wheelchair accessible with a purpose built shower and WIR. There is car parking at the front and side of the property but no garage facilities.
