All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront and feature a fresh ocean breeze from either a balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view that is guaranteed to brighten even a cloudy day. This property has a king bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has a full and a twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and opens to large living and dining area. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation. The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and no fishing license is required when fishing from this private pier. If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex. Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. (Sorry, NO Pets Allowed.) THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT.
