Newly Renovated Basement Apt with new walkway!

Upscale area 17 mins to I-15, 35mins to Downtown/Airport. 40mins to ski resorts, 5 min to Movie theater, dining, groceries & shopping *Electric Fireplace & wall heater *No smoking, drugs, pets or parties. *Security cameras- shared space only **Expect kid noise 6:30 am to 8:30 pm** **Laundry: we will wash & dry your clothes for you. The washer/dryer is in our private space so you won’t have access to it yourself. Please read ALL details before booking! We want you to have a 5 star stay! The space This lovely basement apartment is newly remodeled to include a private entrance, a second bedroom, kitchen, an office space and all new carpet! You can expect our same great hospitality but with more space and amenities! Parking: You can park in front of the single car garage or the street. Please don’t block the mailbox. Entry: While looking at the house, go to the left of it and walk around to the fence gate. Enter the back yard, and you will see your basement entrance. Go down the stairs and enter the door code. We will only enter upon request or an emergency. If this happens, you will be notified. Kitchenette: Large microwave, fridge with freezer, 2 burner electric stove, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, plates, cups, basic silverware, and cookware. Privacy: There are security cameras inside and outside of the home but none are in your private space indoor space. Trash: Please place your trash in the green bin and recycle in the blue bins when your indoor trash is full. It’s located on the south side behind the fence gate close to where you park. Winter condition & parking: You do NOT need tire chains or snow tires to get from the airport to our house. You will have 2 parking spots in the furthest south space parked at an angle in the 4th parking space. Please don't park in the street when it snows heavily to allow for snow plows. Temperature: There is 1 thermostat for the whole house on our main level. Please let us know if you need us to adjust it warmer or cooler. We typically have it at 69 in the winter and 74 in the summer. We have also provided a fireplace, space heater and a fan for your comfort. You can open or close air vents too. Please don’t open any windows or prop open doors. You will be responsible for any damage that is caused by doing so. Parents: we have a Bumbo, pack and play (with sheets) and baby tub upon request. We also have tons of toys and you are welcome to use some. Just let us know and we can leave some for you. Laundry: We can wash and dry 2 loads of laundry for every 5 nights stay. Please just let us know that you have placed your laundry towards the top of the inside stairs and we will get it back to you clean and folded within 24 hrs. There is no washer and drier inside your apartment. There is a nearby Tide Cleaners Store that does wash and fold priced per lb as well. Other things to note Coffee, coffee maker, tea and tea kettle are all in the kitchenette.
