The space Enjoy the quiet beautiful scenery of the woods and creek in the backyard that your private entrance faces. Our street ends, one house after our house, into the creek so there is no traffic. You have the entire bottom floor of a twin townhouse. It does not have a basement feel in the bedroom because it has custom large windows and French door entrance that gives a lot of natural light. There is a lower ceiling over the bed area that gives it a cozy feel. Exceptional, tempurpedic adjustable bed Macy's Hotel Collection bedding, pillows were special ordered from Ritz-Carlton for a great night's sleep. Walk thru the bedroom door into laundry/kitchen area with 2 full size closets and shelving in one. The stairwell to upstairs is locked from both sides, as well as a bedroom door lock. Mexican tiled floor, modern doors and windows, remodeled kitchen with new quartz countertops and cabinets and newly remodeled bathroom. Even a new Dyson heater/cooler so you can adjust temp to your liking. There is a private pool that I join for the Summer behind our house and I will include your membership ($110 value) if you are here long term from Memirial Day to Labor Day, and will use it. Best of all, you have neighbors above and next door who are also Airline employees (FBI approved). There is also a lower level Airbnb apartment next door. Guest access You'll have access to the concrete patio outside your entrance. A Weber grill is shared between the two Airbnb's. There are lounge chairs for a relaxing shaded experience. Other things to note It is fine to have 2 guests but helpful if just one car for parking. The driveway and 2 parking spots across the street are shared with part-time tenants upstairs. Normally there is plenty of parking but occasionally neighbors up the street take those 2 parking spots and we have to coordinate with driveway or park a few houses up the street. The pilots upstairs are only here before or after trips, or while on call, so it's not every day. And they usually try to take the street spot to save the driveway for Airbnb and others possibly coming in late.
