The kitchen is well established with quality appliances and cooking facilities including a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas cook-top and electric oven plus microwave, dishwasher toaster, hot water kettle, full cutlery, utensils and dishware. The laundry room is loaded with 10KG Front loaded branded washer, iron & iron board, light cleaning products and detergents. There is work space with comfortable stone bench top including power access and a comfortable chair.
