The space One queen bed, and five more singles available, so we can set it up to your requirements. Well set out, so easily accommodates one person, or a couple, very family friendly, and excellent for groups up to seven people. Because the space is large it can easily cater for professionals or groups working away. There is a separate bathroom, large kitchen area, two comfortable seating areas, bar fridge and large fridge, especially useful for groups, a freezer, bench top oven with two hobs, and microwave. There is an office desk with ergonomic chair. Two heat pumps keep the whole area lovely and warm in winter, or nice and cool in summer. Child friendly, fully fenced back lawn with direct access from the space, highchair and port a cot, etc available on request, and Alpaca and Sheep to hand feed if you would like. Pet friendly - you're very welcome to bring those furry members of your family. Enjoy the freshly baked bread, butter and spreads, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, milk and juice provided for breakfast, and tea and coffee. A lovely park is right next door and the space looks out on it. Free WiFi, 65 inch smart TV with free Netflix, etc. There is a pool table and board games for your entertainment. Guest access There is a large off street parking area right outside your front door which can easy fit multiple vehicles if a group is staying. Parking is free. Also a lawn area, which is fully fenced, with a table and seating which has direct access from the living space. There is another lawn area on the other side of the space for your enjoyment. Other things to note Just 10 minutes drive to Hobbiton, and Wairere Falls. Cycle the Matamata - Paeroa cycle trail, visit Opal Hot Springs, or Firth Tower and Museum. Under an hour to Tauranga or Mt Maunganui, Rotorua, and Hamilton, under two hours to Auckland CBD. Ample dining options, restaurants, takeaways, all just a couple of minutes drive, delivery, or under ten minute walk. If you wish to check in early or check out late, we will accommodate this if possible. We can store luggage if you want to travel away, and then return. If you are arriving to town by bus, we can collect you and drop you off by arrangement, there is no fee for this. We have airport collect and drop off if you are flying in as a service by arrangement, and also have some tours available. We can also provide drop off and pick up from Hobbiton, or an event in town as a service by arrangement. If you are celebrating a special event you can request extra items in the space for this. If you are requiring a long stay for work or leisure, enquire about our long stay rates. We are child friendly, with a fully fenced lawn area off the space, and animals in the back paddock which can be fed if you wish to do so, and also pet friendly.
