You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage. The Guest Bedroom has another Queen mattress, as well as twin-size bunk beds, perfect for kids to share or a small group of adults to comfortably get some Zzzz's. LIVING ROOM The spacious living room and dining area feature a comfy leather couch and loveseat as a cushy place to relax after a long day, taking in the views out the patio doors, and on chilly nights, enjoying the warmth from the gas fireplace. We have a 40" TV with Roku built-in (Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services), Blu-Ray player, and Bose sound bar. KITCHEN Our remodeled kitchen is set up so you can feel like you're cooking at home. We have all the necessities for making a great meal, with pots and pans, sharp knives, and several small kitchen appliances. In the morning, nothing beats a fresh brewed coffee using the French press or Keurig (coffee included) while watching the sunrise over the mountain peaks from the patio doors. Complimentary condiments, creamer, sweetener, and tea are all provided. BATH Both bathrooms have complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and after you enjoy a nice hot shower, dry off with the large, fluffy towels. In the Master bath, there is a spacious tub/shower, great for soaking, while the Guest bath has a walk-in shower. Hair dryers are also available in both bathrooms. CLUBHOUSE Guests have access to our community's clubhouse just a short walk or drive up the street, which has a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna for relaxing those sore muscles after a long day of outdoor activities. There is a free bus line that has stops just outside the condo complex that goes straight to Keystone Resort and downtown Dillon in the opposite direction. There is also access across the street to the bike path around Lake Dillon and an area where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards.
