This house was completely gutted in 2018 and is in a quiet part of town that's only 3 miles from the Laurens square. The yard is huge with a long driveway and parking for multiple vehicles. The back deck is a one step entry with plenty of sitting room. When you enter through the back French doors you have a large kitchen with custom cabinetry along with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The home comes with an eat in kitchen along with a formal dinning room area that's decorated. The space This house is located right off main street and 3 miles to Beautiful Downtown Laurens. Guest access Whole House Other things to note While relaxing on the deck you'll hear a koi pond that's just beautiful. Please remember to stay in the grass while looking at the fish, and don't step on the rock edging or rocks inside the pond.
