IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING: ** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in. ** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible. Snowline Cabin #49 – A Newly Remodeled Country Cabin This newly renovated 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1 and ¾-bath country-style cabin is the perfect family vacation retreat! The first floor features an open floor plan with a freestanding gas fireplace, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dishwasher . Also on the first floor is the utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer and access to the new deck and covered outdoor hot tub! Bedroom #1 is on the first floor with one king-size bed and a full bath. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom #2 features 1-queen size bed, 1 set of standard-sized bunk beds plus a nice walk-out balcony. Bedroom #3 has two queen size beds. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Hot Tub / Wi-Fi / Pets OK / NO Smoking Please bring anything edible you need during your stay, including condiments and spices. Starter supplies of coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil, dish soap, and laundry detergent ARE provided to get you started. Guests should bring their toiletries. Each cabin will have three rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower, and two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider. Snowline   **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  The service is currently subject to failure.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
