The suite is located in the heart of Central Lonsdale, just a 5‑minute walk to Lions Gate Hospital and about 10 minutes on foot to shops, cafés, and restaurants along Lonsdale Avenue. Major bus routes are right outside the door, offering easy access to downtown Vancouver, The Shipyards, Lonsdale Quay, parks, and local recreation. Each bedroom is thoughtfully set up with a comfortable queen‑size bed and generous closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped for self‑catering and longer stays, with everything you need to cook and dine at home. Laundry facilities are shared with us and are conveniently accessible on the ground floor. Please Note: this is a private, self-contained suite in our family home. We live upstairs with our young children, and daytime household noise (footsteps, voices, etc.) is a normal part of the environment. Evenings and nights are generally quiet. Our listing is fully compliant with BC provincial short‑term rental regulations and City of North Vancouver bylaws.
