This self contained 3 bedroom home offers comfort, privacy and accessibility in a tranquil leafy suburb in the outskirts of Sydney. It provides perfect accommodation for couples, families, friends, or those travelling for work. Located on the ground floor, accessible via a private entrance, this spacious open plan has been carefully decorated and furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. The space This air bnb is furnished with an abundance of amenities for a comfortable stay, including: 3 spacious & comfortably decorated bedrooms each fitted with a generous built-in wardrobe Air Conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and the lounge area Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size beds Bedroom 3 has a double bed Upon request we can accomodate a seventh person by setting up a single bed in the lounge room as per the uploaded pictures. Please note that this bed will not be set up unless requested in advance. We charge a $100 set up fee per stay. Well equipped kitchen with a new De Longhi branded stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Breville Toaster, and Breville Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine We value the importance of a comfortable nights sleep, which is why our queen beds are made up using Egyptian or organic Cotton and high quality bedding and Cotton or Egyptian cotton towels. Our beds are firm - we have the same ones in our home because we think they’re the most comfortable We provide some gym equipment for use during our stay, including dumbells, weights, a muscle roller, and yoga mats. The lounge has a dedicated work space with a computer monitor, and keyboard ready to be connected to your laptop via an HDMI lead that we provide for you. Please note that you will have access to the ground floor of the property as described above and that we live on the top floor of the property. We are respectful of your stay and will keep noise to a minimum but please note that you may hear us walking around upstairs from time to time. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the bottom floor of the property which includes 3x bedrooms 1x bathroom with a separate toilet, and an open plan living area which has a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a lounge area, a gym station, dedicated work space and a dining area. We live on the top floor of the property so you may hear us walking around from time to time but we are quiet and respectful of your stay. Please know that we each have our own separate entrances to the property. Other things to note Our property and the area caters for people of all ages and interests, making it the perfect base to begin your travels in a beautiful area of Sydney. Kareela is a great place to stay and the best of what the Sutherland Shire has to offer is at your doorstep - beaches, cafes and restaurants, golf, cinemas, cycling, hiking, shopping and not to mention the Royal National Park.
