Situated down the quiet, family friendly end of Papamoa in Golden Sands you'll enjoy the flat walk to the beach to enjoy with family and friends, or some restorative time to watch the sunrise. The space Large spaces and a fully fenced property ensure everyone in the family can enjoy their holiday. There is a separate lounge with big screen tv, a living room with another big screen tv, and four big sized bedrooms. There is a new oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The master has a comfortable king sized bed, ensuite and television. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds, the third with a king-single bed and pull out single bed, and the 4th with a king bed. There is also a portacot available for use. The outside living areas bask in all day sun and are on both sides of the house, so you can sit outside to read a book or enjoy a drink no matter the wind direction.
