Description

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials. The space ACCOMODATIONS: Downstairs: Partly covered terraces surround the entire house. The bright modern kitchen with the integrated dining room is spacious (30 m2) and serves as a fun place to socialize with family and friends. The cosy living room offers comfortable seating for all guests. The downstairs studio provides a separate living and sleeping area for an extra portion of privacy when traveling with a large group of people: cosy living room with air-conditioning, a sofa and a desk, which may serve as an home office space, bedroom with a double bed (1,80 x 2 m) and bathroom ensuite with shower. Entry area with a small guest bathroom and a staircase leading to the bedrooms on the first floor. Upstairs: 3 individually decorated bedrooms, all with air conditions, window screens and access to the upstairs terraces. Bedroom with a bathroom ensuite, a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) and access to the main terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90 x 2 m) and a private terrace with views of the mountains. All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with window screens. GARDEN: There are 500 m2 of grass areas surrounding the house. Another 800 m2 of fenced off gardens, as well as a large parking lot with a small roundabout are available for guest use. IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!!! Included in the rental price are linens, towels, pool towels, electricity*, the final cleaning, a change of linens after 7 days and a welcome pack. *including the electricity in the rental price assumes a rational and reasonable use of the air conditioning. If that is not the case, 5€ per day will be charged for excess electricity consumption. The local stay tax of 2€ per adult (16 years and older) per day is charged apart in cash (Euros) at check-out. A 300 € damage deposit is due upon arrival in cash (Euros) and will be returned the day of departure, as long as no mayor damage has been caused to the house and inventory. Upon booking you will receive a detailed booking confirmation with important information about the house and your arrival. You will also receive a rental contract and data protection forms which must be filled out and signed for the booking to be legally binding. Guest access The large garden area of the finca, the pool and the parking lot are for the exclusive use of guests. On the meadows of the 4.5 hectare property there are goats (without bells), chickens and 2 retired horses. On the remaining land we practice organic farming on a small scale. Other things to note SERVICES: Should you belong to the Medical Medium Community and would like to use a high quality juicer and blender during your vacation, please let us know. We can also organize basic medical medium staples for your stay (organic celery, wild frozen blueberries, cilantro, etc.).
