The modern 1400 sq foot home we affectionately call "Shepherd's Getaway" can accommodate up to 8 guests if including children, or can host up to 6 if it is a group of all adults. There is an attached garage for parking 2 vehicles. Please inquire garage dimensions if you have an oversized vehicle) Upper Level: - Bedroom #2: Master Bedroom with King bed, en suite bathroom with shower and walk in closet - Bedroom #3: bunk bed that is a twin bed on top and double bed on the bottom (top bunk is for kids only and has a 100 lb. max) - Bedroom #4: bunk bed that is a twin bed on top and double bed on the bottom (top bunk is for kids only and has a 100 lb. max) - Bathroom with full size tub - Fully stocked kitchen with dining area - Living Room with 4k 60" Smart TV Take short drive to nearby Heavenly Ski Resort or Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort and spend some time on the slopes. Within walking distance or a short drive, you can enjoy the Lake, or numerous dining and shopping options at Heavenly Village or even watch a film at the local movie theater there. Also closeby, you can try your luck at the Stateline Casinos, play at world class golf courses, and too many other activities to name! Guest access Guests have full access of the house and garage. The only exception is a few locked cabinets/closets are indicated as Owner's Use Only-please do not tamper with these.
