The fully fenced property features a private entrance, a spacious porch ideal for outdoor meals or evening drinks with friends, and a large shaded garden of 700 m². The house is modernly furnished and equipped with all the comforts you need: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. The property includes a bedroom with a double bed (with space for suitcases underneath) and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob. Outside, you'll find a hot/cold shower—perfect after a day at the beach—as well as sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing. Within a 3-minute walk, you can reach two restaurants and a supermarket, while other restaurants and cafés are about 10 minutes away. In 10-15 minutes on foot, along country paths and olive trees, you’ll arrive at the golden Lacona beach. Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome on request. Bed linen and towels can be provided on site for an additional fee.
