Enjoy the sauna, fireplace and modern open kitchen, ideal for shared meals. Just 400 meters from the beach, it invites you to take long walks. Other things to note In the sunny south of the island of Sylt, this newly built dream house awaits you with a beautiful, big garden that promises a lot of relaxation. The absolute highlight is the panoramic view from Hindenburgdamm over the Rantum Pool nature reserve up to Hörnum. Natural stone tiles and Frisian-modern carpentry work await you in all areas of the domicile, making the feel-good atmosphere perfect. The living area of the house is open plan and offers you, in addition to a cozy couch area, a fireplace as well as a spacious dining area for up to six people overlooking the wonderful garden, which always offers a great sun spot with two furnished terraces. From the BORA induction hob to the Nespresso machine, the kitchen, which is custom-made by carpenters, offers you everything the amateur chef's heart desires. On the same level, you will also find a guest toilet. On the upper floor of the house you will find two cozy and stylish bedrooms, which are laid out with parquet floors and have each been furnished with a box spring double bed and flat-screen TV. One of the bedrooms has a bright bathroom en-suite, another bathroom can be reached from the hallway. Everything is of course high-quality carpentry work! The attic of the house adapts individually to your needs. Whether you want to relax with yoga or on the wellness loungers or still want to work at the desk for a few hours with a breathtaking mudflat view, here is all this possible. For the smallest vacationers, an interactive Sylt carpet is also waiting here, which will certainly give your children a lot of joy. As a further service for our younger guests, a running bike from BMW including helmet is available for you to use.
