This spacious 180 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests and impresses with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a magnificent terrace with a view of the mudflats. Enjoy the sauna, fireplace and modern open kitchen, which is ideal for shared meals. Just 400 meters from the beach, it invites you to long walks. Other things to note In the sunny south of the island of Sylt, this newly built dream house awaits you with a beautiful, large garden that promises a lot of relaxation. The absolute highlight is the panoramic view from the Hindenburg Dam over the Rantumbecken Nature Reserve to Hörnum. Natural stone tiles and Frisian-modern carpentry await you in all areas of the domicile, making the feel-good atmosphere perfect. The living area of the house is open-plan and offers you a cozy couch area as well as a fireplace and a spacious dining area for up to six people overlooking the wonderful garden, which always offers a great sunny spot with two furnished terraces. The kitchen, custom-made by carpenters, offers you everything the hobby chef's heart desires, from the BORA induction hob to the Nespresso machine. On the same level you will also find a guest toilet. On the upper floor of the house you will find two cozy and stylish bedrooms with parquet floors, each furnished with a box spring double bed and flat screen TV. One of the bedrooms has a bright bathroom en-suite, another bathroom can be reached from the hallway. Everything is of course high-quality carpentry! The attic of the house adapts individually to your needs. Whether you want to relax during yoga or on the wellness loungers or work at the desk for a few hours with a breathtaking view of the mudflats, all this is possible here. For the smallest vacationers, there is also an interactive Sylt game carpet, which will certainly bring your children a lot of joy. The basement of the house has another spacious bedroom with a box spring double bed and flat-screen TV. Here, too, high-quality parquet has been laid. You will also find a wellness bathroom with a large sauna area, designer bathtub, rain shower and sauna cold water hose. As a further service for our little guests, a balance bike from BMW including a helmet is available for use.
