The space The apartment is located in a quiet townhouse on the 4th floor – a bit of climbing stairs is part of it, but the view and the atmosphere are worth it! The loft is popular because of its modern design with an open kitchen, a large living room with dining area and two cozy bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed if necessary. Both bedrooms have darkening options. The bathroom is comfortably furnished, and a balcony invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for private use. In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and two parks – all within easy walking distance. Here you can experience the vibrant city life up close and at the same time enjoy the tranquility in your cozy loft. The tram stop is just 300 meters away.
