Relaxing holidays by the lake. The detached well-kept vacation home (built in 2015) is located in the immediate vicinity of the lake and is surrounded by spacious green space (2900 m²) in a quiet, rural environment. The spacious vacation home offers a maximum of 185 m² of space for up to 8 people on two floors. The space Ground floor (ground level): On the ground floor is the general living area with open kitchen and dining area and cozy living room. From here you can reach bedroom 1 with direct access to a bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a separate guest toilet, the utility room with washing machine and dryer and heat pump heating. Attached to the house is a garage for 1 car and bicycles, with direct access to the ground floor. The ground floor is rounded off with a covered seating area with sun blinds, which can be reached from the living room. Garden furniture and sun loungers as well as an electric grill are available. The modern kitchen is spacious and functional. There is a Delizio capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, hand mixer and many other kitchen utensils available. The living room offers a cozy corner upholstery group and flat screen TV with Swisscom TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe and wall mirror. The bathroom is furnished with a sink, mirror cabinet, toilet and shower with folding seat. Upper floor: A staircase leads to the open lounge with TV (Swisscom TV), seating area and game table. Various games and toys are available. On the upper floor there are the other bedrooms and the second bathroom. The bathroom is furnished with a toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 has a French bed and a single bed, bedroom 3 has a double bed. These two rooms offer lake views. Bedroom 4 has a cabin bed (max. load capacity 90 kg). All rooms are also equipped with a wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. Kids: For the little guests, children's dishes and cutlery, a potty, a toilet seat and stool are available in the bathrooms. On request, a toddler package consisting of a travel bed (child up to 15 kg) with bed linen (additional mattress, duvets and baby pillows + covers), a crawling blanket and a high chair can be booked. There are 2 toddler packages available. Surroundings: In addition to the garage space, there are 3 parking spaces in front of the house. Towards the lake, the property borders a large meadow, which can be used for playing and as a footpath to the lake. The top below the cottage is not a rental property and is only used privately for the maintenance of the property. The playground (public) is located a short distance (about 200 m) directly on the lake as well as a slip (suitable for smaller boats up to a maximum width of 170 cm). A paid watering point for larger boats is located at the boat landing, about 500 m away. Parking for a trailer is available free of charge at the house. Guest access Room occupancy: For an occupancy of up to 2 people, the general living room on the ground floor, the separate guest toilet, the double bedroom incl. bathroom on the first floor as well as the open lounge on the second floor are available. For an occupancy of 3 to 8 people (from 2 birthday) there is another bedroom on the upper floor for every 2 people as well as the second bathroom. Choose from the following rooms: - Double room (double bed) on the upper floor with lake view - Double room (single bed + French bed) on the upper floor with lake view - Double room (bunk bed) on the second floor If you wish to have a single occupancy, additional bedrooms, if available, can be booked optionally (Fr. 50.00/room and stay). If there are 2 people staying, the second bathroom can be booked optionally (Fr. 70.00 per stay). Toddlers up to 2 birthday stay free of charge in the parents' room (without own bed, linen package, pillow, duvet). A toddler package can be booked (CHF 100 per stay). Total 2 x available (travel bed with complete contents, high chair, crawling blanket, terry towels). For paying children from 2 -4 years of age, the toddler package is included on request. Please arrange with the landlord before arrival (payment on arrival on site). Other things to note Utilities: The rental price includes electricity*, water, heating, Swisscom TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, terry towels and kitchen linen, garbage bags, washing machine and dryer use. Security Deposit Upon arrival, a security deposit of CHF 400 will be collected on site (cash payment or by TWINT). Any additional bedrooms and/or bathrooms and toddler packages must also be paid for in cash or by TWINT upon arrival. *Charging electric cars must be discussed in advance with the landlord and is not possible for all models for technical reasons (not included in the utilities). We expressly point out: The Ferienhaus zum Regenbogen is not a party location! Celebrating any kind of parties and holding events is prohibited.
