The house is situated in the center of Heide. Within a 5-minute walk you are directly in the beautiful pedestrian zone of Heide. The train station, which offers a direct connection to Sylt, is also within walking distance. Heide also offers a lot of entertainment in typical North German "Schietwetter" (bad weather). But also the great coastal regions such as Büsum (20 km) or St. Peter Ording (40 km) can be reached quickly by car, for a perfect day by the sea. The space The Küstenkind vacation home is located in the heart of the city of Heide. With its 135 sq. m., the single-family home offers enough space for a great vacation on the North Sea coast. The 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms invite you to dream. Each is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Another smaller room with a single bed and built-in wardrobe offers additional space. The large living and dining area is equipped with a cozy living area, flat-screen TV and spacious dining set. A fireplace spreads a feeling of warmth and coziness in the cooler season. Wood is available in sufficient quantity for this. On the upper floor is the light-flooded bathroom with bathtub (shower device), sink and toilet. A hairdryer is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a large work surface, sink, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster. There is also sufficient cutlery, dishes and basic equipment for everyday needs. In the adjacent utility room there is a large side-by-side fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, sink and an additional small guest toilet. From the utility room you can reach the covered terrace directly. The terrace, lovingly designed with cozy garden furniture, offers you enough space for relaxed barbecue evenings and a great view of the large garden. There are many fruit trees on 700 square meters and a lot of space to play with the children. The house has a narrow but long driveway, on which 2 cars can be parked one behind the other. For traveling with a baby, there is of course a crib and high chairs.
