Incredibly charming and elegantly decorated 1930s house in the center of small town Dublin. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 6, fully functional kitchen, bedroom with a King bed and large window seat, bathroom (tub and shower), front porch with rockers, fast wifi, smart TV, softened well water, and hardwood floors - all yours alone - make this a memorable experience for couples or families. This is one of 2 units in The Cottage, separated by a solid core, exterior security door. The space *The front porch is your own private entrance and area to enjoy. *A keypad entry and parking on side street along the short stone wall at the side of the house gives you quick and safe access to your private space. *This price is for 2 people. With the sofa beds and air mattress, a total of 6 can stay. *It will be $10 a person beyond the initial 2. We will provide the air mattress, pillows, and bedding, as well as the sofa bed sheets and blankets according to the number of guests registered. *For larger groups, you may also rent the unit on the other side of the house (separated by a safe, solid, locked security door).
