Via the external staircase you can reach the newly renovated apartment in 2022 via the spacious sun balcony. The living room welcomes you with a cozy L-shaped couch. For your entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi at your disposal. At the large dining table, all guests will find space for shared meals or relaxed game evenings. Another separate sofa bed offers up to two guests a cozy night's sleep. The adjacent, new fitted kitchen is fully furnished and has a dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, large refrigerator and separate freezer as well as equipment for cooking and serving. In the modern bathroom with skylight, you will find a shower with a fixed shower wall, an illuminated mirror cabinet with a socket, a sink with two drawers in the base cabinet and a modern wall-mounted toilet. The bedroom with a box-spring bed (160*200 cm) scores with 3 windows, bedside tables and a large linen cabinet. As in the entire apartment, durable laminate was laid here. In the 2nd separate bedroom there are 2 single beds (100*200 cm & 80*200 cm) for relaxing vacation nights. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV, two-door wardrobe with interior lighting, desk and swivel armchair complete the decor. The well-kept garden with lawn can be used by you. In the garden shed you will find space to store up to 4 bicycles. Special highlight of this vacation home: immediately forget the stress of everyday life and switch directly to relaxation.
