This is a lovely house, The outside has a rose garden setting. The back yard is private and enclosed with a Pagoda, barbecue with table and chairs and nicely landscaped. It is spacious with skylights in the kitchen and master bathroom. The doorways are extra wide and there are no steps inside or outside. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting, but still close to downtown. Decor is Traditional. Also has a 1 car garage The space The kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes and glassware, cutlery, pots and pans dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is a HOT water dispenser on the kitchen sink Guest access To the whole house and garage, yard Other things to note We put a lock box with a front door key in the small compartment. When it is closer to your check in time I will text you or if you prefer call you with a 4 digit code number. Once inside there will be a garage door opener on the kitchen counter you can park your vehicle in the garage. Please DO NOT PARK AT THE FRONT DOOR. There is un-restricted parking on Hubbard Lane if you prefer to park there or need additional parking. Trash pick up is on Thursdays and there will be limited street parking as the required spacing for containers is 5 feet. There are information sheets regarding the house and rules.
