Welcome to the Richmond Cottage! This newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath home has brand new furnishings & is fully stocked with everything you need for a stay in RVA. The cottage is 1000 sq ft with fenced backyard, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, private dining area & off-street parking. 5-10 minute drive to most places in downtown Richmond including VA Capital Bike Trail, Bell Isle, Carytown, Richmond Raceway, Scott's Addition & more! Superhost for 3+ yrs & would love to host your stay! The space Single family home with off street parking behind the house. 3 bedroom (2 queen beds each in their own room and third bedroom with twin bed) & 1 full bath. Bath is jack and jill between the two primary queen bedrooms. Large spacious kitchen with separate dining area Cozy living room with leather furniture. Guest access The entirety of the property is accessible to guests with the exception of a hospitality closet. Other things to note We are pet lovers and are dog friendly only (up to two dogs and no cats or other pets allowed). However, we request only house-trained dogs only who are well-behaved and up to date on vaccinations stay with us. We do charge a $50 fee for up to two dogs.
