This nightly tax of $26.06 pesos (roughly US$1.30, depending on the exchange rate) will be based on the type of villa occupied and billed in pesos directly to your folio. Effective April 1, 2021, The State of Quintana Roo implemented a new Tourist tax of $224 pesos (approximately US$11) to all foreign visitors to Quintana Roo. The tax is meant to support the tourism in the destination. The tax will apply to all foreign visitors over 15 years old.
