This cozy beachfront villa is carpeted and well-appointed with high quality, coastal themed furnishings and a 40" flat screen smart TV. The sofa is not a sleeper. The well-equipped kitchen features new, modern appliances and is well-stocked with all you need for your vacation with a laundry center in the pantry for your convenience. The master suite is handsomely furnished with a traditional, queen rice 4 poster bed, 32" smart TV and a desk and printer in the alcove with quality WiFi should you need to stay connected. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, plus there is a second full bath with a stall shower located in the hallway. The living room slider door to the outdoor deck has been upgraded with built-in blinds for privacy and shade on hot sunny days. The deck features a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and tranquil water views! Pelican Watch rentals boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
