Beach house with hot tub: 1 hour from Manhattan!

Welcome to the Bluestone! Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. A 10 min. walk to the beach, train, groceries, bars & restaurants! Experience LB w/o the crowds w/ access to 2 off-street parking spots, tons of outdoor space, a hot tub & an outdoor shower! The house is equipped with SIX: -beach passes (w/o pass=$15/person/day) -towels -adult bikes & 1 kid bike & helmets -beach chairs And a beach wagon and cooler! You have everything you need for your beach vacation! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. They will enter through a combo code on the front door and/or garage. Upon entry there is foyer for storage and shoes. Once up the stairs guests will find the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, office space and half bath. Additionally off of the kitchen guests can access the deck; furnished with patio furniture and weber gas grill. On the second floor guests will have access to the primary bedroom with two additional bedrooms, two full baths (one which is an en-suite to the primary bedroom) and a laundry room. Once outside, in addition to the deck, please enjoy the outdoor space, hot tub, outdoor shower, and covered and partially enclosed patio. Bikes and beach accessories are located in the garage. Other things to note We love your dog friends and they are welcome in our home. We kindly request a $100 fee per dog (max of 2) and that they stay off of the furniture. Our home is setup to accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests. If guests have additional guests, not included in the 6, an additional fee of $50 per night/guest will be incurred. Guests have full access to the entire home, except a small storage space in the back of the ground floor used for rental supplies. This is accessible to owners and cleaning crews only. We have very high speed internet that should be accessible throughout the entire house. Internet strength is highest on the main living floor. There are 4 indoor TVs and 1 outdoor tv. These TVs do not have cable, they are smart TVs, one with Roku, one with basic cable (upstairs) and one with a dvd player. Detailed guide is provided on site. We maintain the overall decor and design of our home at all times and may occasionally have to update/change bedding and small furniture accordingly.
