Family owned for over 50 years, this sunny and original bungalow, built on a corner lot in the1940’s, has been newly renovated, while preserving elements of priceless patina. It’s located just 1 mile away from Crown Point, and less than 2 miles from the beach boardwalk and Crystal Pier. This rental is perfect for families, or a group of adults, looking for a rejuvenating vacation. Enjoy and relax in this quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the busy streets. The space Our beach cottage provides an ideal environment for families, couples, as well as solo travelers. The house has been decorated throughout with authentic coastal art and thoughtful touches, to enhance the joyful ambiance of your vacation experience. The securely fenced and spacious backyard has a large deck with plenty of seating, and a grill for barbecuing your favorite dishes. You can plan on preparing meals and snacks in a fully equipped kitchen that offers a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, a supreme Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, Ninja blender, toaster, Brita water pitcher, waffle iron and more. It’s fully stocked with a great selection of pans, pots, baking essentials and our favorite gadgets. The living room has a super comfortable sectional sofa and 50” TV with a Netflix included. When it's time to settle in, guests can select between either of the two rooms with queen-sized beds and closets, or the full/twin bunk room that also offers a 32’ TV also with Netflix. All three rooms have easily accessed USB ports and fans. The bathroom is centrally located near the bedrooms. It has a bathtub and shower with grab bars. For infant guests we provide a pack n play, and a highchair, to make mealtimes a breeze. Kids of all ages will enjoy playing with the sand toys on the beach. Inside the detached garage, you will have access to the washer and dryer, with eco-friendly laundry soap provided. For your convenience and fun, we offer folding chairs, a sun umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and a medium size rolling cooler, to use when heading to the shore. This home's large driveway, accommodates up to 2 cars. Side yard and street parking is also available, providing stress free parking for every guest. Any dogs are an additional fee as listed on our page and are outdoor or crated while in doors only/upon approval. We will allow small dogs inside uncreated as long as they stay out of the bedrooms. We are just trying to avoid pet hair in the rooms and on the bedding. Also, we are trying to minimize problems for future guests with allergies. The back yard is fenced for any outdoor dogs as well as the detached garage.
