Beautiful updated mountain townhouse in The Village at Camelback. All amenities included. Guests can enjoy hotel quality luxury towels and high thread count linens, flat screen smart TVs in every room, DVD player and XBox 360, wood burning fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub, board games, and fully stocked kitchen. Just a short 2 minute walk to skiing and snow boarding slopes. Guests can also drive to the snow tubing hills, indoor/ outdoor waterparks, casino, indoor pool, gym and rec. center. The space While visiting, you can walk to the slopes and have a great day skiing and snow tubing then come back and enjoy a night next to the fire or wine on the deck admiring the amazing views from the top of the mountain. Our house offers year round access to everything the Poconos has to offer- skiing, hiking, swimming, water parks, wineries, zip-lining and so much more. Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, patio/deck space, wood burning fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub and grill. Our house has a double pullout couch in the living room and a queen pullout in the basement rec room. Our home is one of the only in the development with true central air conditioning on all levels. We supply luxury linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and DR seating for 10. We have flat screen smart TVs in all rooms, Blue-ray DVD player, XBox and WiFi. The house is designed for two-three families to enjoy together with a maximum of 6 adults and their children. The house can sleep up to 12, but we ask to be messaged for special pricing in that case. The basement family room has a smart TV, XBOX and dining table and doubles as a 4th bedroom with a queen pullout couch. We want all our guests to feel welcome and at home when visiting our house and we supply everything you’ll need to have a stress free trip! Guest access Guests have full access to the recreation center which houses the gym, conference room, indoor tennis courts, out door tennis courts, indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi and basketball courts. Other things to note Upon checking out, we ask all guests to wash and dry the towels they use during their stay. Last load of towels may be left in the dryer. Dirty sheets can be left on the beds and will be removed and washed by the cleaning service. We also ask that all dishes and kitchen items be cleaned and put away. The last load of dishes can be left in the dishwasher while it’s cleaning. Please close and lock all windows and doors when checking out. In the summer, please turn off all thermostats. In the winter, please turn all thermostats down to 50 degrees. Please remove all trash and take it to the dumpsters by the tennis courts before checking out.
