Unit #1702, TOP FLOOR- 17th floor ***(Updated Mar 1 2026) Please note, there is renovation work being done currently to the building, including some blocked parking for cleaning the exterior of the building. Emerald Isle began a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of the building’s vertical transportation system August 2025. This will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work (Aug 2025- Winter & possibly Spring of 2026).
