Amenities & Activities Private Dock: Perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife viewing Outdoor Relaxation: Multiple porches and decks for lounging Common FAQs Are there alligators? Answer: There are not alligators in the spring area. In the event a gator was to arrive we have FWC capture and relocate the gator immediately. This has occurred only twice in 45 years so the odds are in your favor that you will likely not encounter a gator. The spring is in an enclosed area and it’s very easy to see the entire area and know if there was a gator around if this is a concern. Gators are typically not attracted to springs bc there’s no fish, and steep walls make it hard to get in/out. When are the drier months? Drier months are typically from September 11 to June 1, with October being the month with the least rainfall. Policies & Private Events The property features three suites: two available on Airbnb and one reserved for private events. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events are not permitted unless you reserve the entire property. To host a private gathering, wedding, or family reunion, contact us directly to coordinate arrangements.
