Walkthrough of house: Enter front door and head up the stairs to the main level where you walk into the living room with the dining area and kitchen to your right. The powder room is to the left and the master bedroom/bath is as well. Beautiful water views especially as you head out to the upper deck. You can keep going up the stairs to find three guest bedrooms (one with private full bathroom and another full bathroom in the hall) and the laundry room. If you enter the front door and go downstairs you will land in the downstairs living room with a bar area to the right. Around the corner is another guest bedroom with full bathroom as well. You can proceed through the sliding glass door to the downstairs deck and cruise to your left to the outdoor shower. A short walk down the yard brings you to the firepit by the dock as well as a small beach area to launch kayaks, etc. The dock has a table with umbrella and seating for six. There are slips on either side and 50amps of power available for use.
