PALM COURT is within a few minute drive to Dana Point and the Dana Point Harbor and not much further away are Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Hills, San Clemente, and downtown Mission San Juan Capistrano where you’ll find a plethora of shopping and dining venues and so many other local amenities and attractions. PALM COURT sleeps 6 comfortably in beds and an additional 2 persons in a queen size sofa bed in the family room. The Primary Bedroom with En Suite and loft are located upstairs and the second bedroom and full bathroom are downstairs. It’s spacious enough to host two couples, a single or multiple family groups. PALM COURT offers one (1) permit for parking within the complex (garage isn't accessible). There is a full size washer and dryer in a laundry alcove and there are plenty of beach chairs, towels, and a few boogie boards provided for your use. KITCHEN, DINING & FAMILY ROOM: This fully outfitted gourmet galley style kitchen has some wonderfully convenient features such as newer stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The WIFI is provided by Cox Communications. Live TV, including some local and national news stations, are streamed through Google TV and Tubi. The adjacent dining room easily sits 6. This spacious open floor plan features two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, very large flat screen tv, and vaulted ceilings with large windows that let in all that wonderful California sunshine. OUTDOORS: Enjoy the perfect Southern California weather on the fully enclosed patio. There is a table with umbrella and 4 chairs. A propane bbq is also provided. MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay. SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) at least 25 years old staying at the house during the term of the stay. Our temperate climate is ideal for all outdoor activities including hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, and horseback riding just to name a select few. For surfers and tourists alike our world renown beaches are all worth exploring. Visit a different beach for every day of the week! There are ample entertainment opportunities. Del Mar Street (Downtown San Clemente) where there’s shopping, antiquing, restaurants, and specialty shops. Historic Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano are within a 10 minute drive or less. Within a 30 minute drive in either direction you will find South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Malls in Carlsbad and Oceanside.
