Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located studio apartment. Located in the heart of Jackson, it's an easy walk to all of downtown Jackson's eateries, night life, and entertainment. The Studio Above the Studio is part of a downtown Jackson building that was built in 1890. The building was purchased by us in 2021 and now houses Gillum Insurance and the Chubby Guys Podcast Studio on the first floor. Hence the name 'The Studio Above the Studio'. The space This newly one bedroom studio apartment was freshly remodeled in the summer of 2022. It features a very comfortable king-sized bed with an open floor plan with a living and dining room. You will have your own private bathroom along with bath linens and towels, a blow dryer, custom bath soaps by Leo Jude Soap Company, and hotel style shampoo and conditioner. The Studio is furnished with a new couch, dining table, and 50" Toshiba TV with Roku devise (please bring you own logins for any streaming services). Local Spectrum Cable Television is provided along with high speed WIFI internet. The kitchen is supplied with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer (ice trays in freezer), plates, bowls, coffee cups, glass cups, silverware, dish cloths/towels, soaps, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Guest access Guests will have free street parking. The entry way is located in the back of the building which you will get a key code upon booking. You will share a stairway and entry way with a Podcast Studio and one apartment unit. Guests will have access to a shared laundry room. Other things to note This property has security cameras on the lower level and the exterior of the building. Please note per Airbnb rules (and ours), the person who books the reservation is the primary tenant of the apartment. If the primary tenant has a guest (limit of 1), please have the guest register with the booking as well. Guests booking this Airbnb MUST be using their photo as a profile photo. The space is for one or two adults and is not appropriate for children. Pets are not permitted we love animals too, but we don't make exceptions due to possible allergies of other renters. We do not rent for parties or photo shoots, and we are very strict in limiting the persons on the property to the exact guests you book for.
