Welcome to your home away from home! This home is a private second floor unit in a separate building on the main property. You have access to the entire home, and its own free private driveway! You will be sure to love the smart TV, cozy bedrooms and private balcony to relax and unwind after a long day out on the town! 2.0 miles from SeaTac Airport and walking distance to the SeaTac Link Light Rail station! Feel free to reach out with any questions/requests in advance! The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a King bed, and one with a Queen bed. Both come equiped with full-sized closets to store personal items. There is one Bathroom with a full sized bathtub shared between the rooms, along with a Washer and Dryer with all supplies needed to launder personal clothing.  There is a dining table and bar stools along the counter to dine in the home. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics and kitchen utensils makes cooking at home a breeze! The living room space has a Smart HDTV with preloaded streaming apps, and inputs for you to bring your own console, laptop, tablet etc. Board games are also provided for disconnected entertainment.  The patio has a table for outdoor dining, an umbrella, as well as fairy lights to give the area a nice ambience during nighttime. There is also a grill on the patio to do any outside grilling. Any smoking will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. The driveway has space for up to 2 vehicles.
