From here, guests can make the most of all that the lively city of Valletta has to offer. This city is truly exceptional with its history and is a site of Unesco heritage. The apartment includes two full-fledged accommodations combined with each other, so it is great for large companies or several families, as it has spaces to gather together as well as spaces to have some privacy. As you enter the apartment you find yourself in the entrance area from where you have access to the bedroom with a queen size bed and a gorgeous view from the window, the full bathroom with a shower. Following the entrance you gradually pass to the area with the equipped small kitchen, next to it there is a small staircase that leads to a living room with a sofa and TV as well as huge terrace with views. Following that you have the entrance to the big kitchen finished with marble, little sofa, TV and around the corner there is also another WC. Right here there is also a huge rooftop terrace where you get an incredible overview of the beautiful scenery of Valletta. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue (to be used with carbon) and outside furniture. From the kitchen area there is a small narrow staircase leading downstairs to the another sleeping zone - double bedroom, equipped with the double bed with authentic Maltese tiles and the ensuite bathroom with shower, the room is also complimented with the balcony. Additionally the room has its own separate entrance from the building adding even more flexibility to the privacy. There is also plenty of storage space, air conditioning and heating. Please kindly note that there is a built in elevator in the kitchen area, the access to the apartment from downstairs is disabled, but when elevator is used by team members the noise is heard from the apartment, otherwise the building tenants are not expected to use the elevator as we do not advertise that there is one in the building. Guest access Less than a kilometer around, you will have access to many cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the center of Valletta. Even more shops and bars may be found in Sliema, which is easily accessible by taxi, bus or by ferries. The stops are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Other things to note To make your stay as amazing as possible we offer many extra services - transfers, excursions, cruises, catering, yacht and other services, and we will be happy to give you more details or organize them for you! Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some units may be affected by noise. If you need the sofa bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we could prepare that for you. Please kindly note that usage of sofa bed is included in the price and the baby cot fee is Eur 10 per night. To access the apartment, you will have to climb stairs.
