Lunar Meteorites

Our new apartment is located high up, just below the monastery of Agios Stefanos and very close to the monastery of Agia Triada. If you want to experience the feeling of being on the moon, with all these dark rocks full of holes around, standing huge at 300 meters high and eerie as if meteorites came from space, come to Meteora and our town Kalambaka, we will be happy to host you. The space You CANNOT cook at our accommodation. You can only prepare some quick food. Our house is warm, energy efficient and offers heating and hot water at all hours through the latest technology heat pump. The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 2 people. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan area with table-chairs, walkers- sink-fridge. The apartment offers views of the entire city, the rocks, and the Thessalian plain, where, according to Homer and ancient Greek mythology, the Titans fought the Twelve Olympian Gods, and the mountains opposite may be the stones that were thrown at each other according to the myth. It has air conditioning with cooling and heating, microwave oven,free internet, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, hairdryer, fridge with maintenance and freezer, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, face-body towels, closet with hangers, organic body soap, organic foam, hand cream soap, paper towels, toilet paper, organic dish detergent, white and brown sugar, salt, pepper, water bottled and fire extinguisher. It is newly built with materials to conserve energy and decorated with some branded quality elements such as valentino tiles. The linens are brand-name, such as Neff-Neff, Nima, Kentia or Biofloc sheets; the pillows are Guy Laroche; and the mattress is from the American Royal Crown, Prince, with an eco-friendly, anti-allergenic, anti-fungal cover and high-resilience foam. Guest access Our guests will be able to access their private balcony and relax watching the sunset that is lost between the mountains opposite that are part of the largest mountain range of Greece called Pindos as well as the hill of Prophet Elias. They will also be able to access our entire yard from where they can enjoy the view of the rocks. We try to ensure that every guest has their privacy and can only meet us by chance in our yard when, for example, we water the flowers, etc. Other things to note It is a quiet neighborhood, FIFTEEN MINUTES FROM THE CITY CENTER on foot, where you may be lucky and hear the sweet sound of the bells of Agios Stefanos either in the morning or in the afternoon or see the storks circling in the air above the city from our balcony during the summer months.
