Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride in the eve around the ponds or play putt putt/basketball in the community! Stay in read a book, play cards or board games with family!! The space Enjoy an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms just down the short hallway. Cook your own meals in the kitchen or enjoy the many restaurants nearby! TVs in living room and master bedroom, a smart tv with wifi and a digital antenna in the living room and a tv with a digital antenna in the master bedroom. DVD player in the living room with an assortment of movies, board games, cards, books and DVD's provided for your use! Recreational equipment including 2 beach cruisers, tennis rackets, golf clubs, basketball and charcoal grill are located in the attached shed with the washer and dryer. Beach towels and chairs ready for use! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except one closet in which is locked, thank you for respecting our privacy. There are closets for guest use in both bedrooms. Guests have an outdoor seating area in the carport. Guests will find the washer and dryer in the attached shed along with all recreational equipment, including 2 beach cruisers to ride around the neighborhood, golf clubs, tennis rackets and small charcoal grill. Other things to note Keurig coffee maker and coffee/ tea is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, stove and oven, full sized refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Oil, salt and pepper are provided.
