Lakefront Condo on Lake Norman!

Beautifully decorated Lakefront Condo! This bottom floor unit is located steps away from the pool, lake, and popular lakefront restaurant and bar. Cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated rooms, furnishings, and beds. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. New pickleball, tennis courts, and walking trails located on condo grounds. Resort feel! Amazing location, minutes from Charming Downtown Davidson, Davidson College, shopping, and restaurants! Short drive to Charlotte and airport. The space This condo has a professionally designed feel from the beautiful drapery’s and comfortable furnishings, to the beautiful wall art and complimentary decor all in an elevated lake theme. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry area inside the unit. Beds have beautiful layered bedding and comfortable mattresses (definitely on the softer side), and several types of different pillows so that you can find one that suits your comfort level best. The bathroom is equipped with basic amenities and includes a luxurious rain shower head in the shower. There is a small private patio overlooking the pool and marina. Just outside the patio are the steps straight down to the pool giving it a feel of your own private pool. Pool is open seasonally, normally May to September, openings and closures are strictly up to the discretion of the HOA, owners cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen closures. There are beautiful walking trails, new tennis courts, and pickle ball courts in the complex for guest use, and a walkway down to and around the marina. One of Lake Norman’s rare waterfront restaurants are located a very short walk directly across the marina, along with a wine bar and bar frequently featuring live music on the weekends located in the same vicinity. All of these amenities really give your stay a resort type feel! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. A parking permit is not required and there is always a ton of parking available, normally a space directly in front of the unit. Community pool is open to guests (pool is normally open seasonally May - September, 8 am to 10 pm, openings and closures are up to the discretion of the HOA. Homeowner has no say in these openings or closures and cannot be held responsible if pool is closed for any reason. Beach towels and a small ice cooler are located in the unit for use during your stay. There are new Pickle Ball and Tennis Courts on complex premises for guest use, basic supplies and keys to the courts provided for use during your stay. Other things to note The minimum age to rent this unit is 25. The primary renter must be present and accompany other guests throughout the stay. Subletting is not allowed! No parties or events are allowed at this unit. We will contact you for your email address in order to send additional information. We do require a simple rental agreement be completed by guests prior to arrival, and a copy of state issued ID for verification purposes. In order to protect your sensitive information, you are welcome to block out ID # and birth month and day before sending it. We have and love our own pets and know that you do too, but we do not take our pets into this unit. Not every pet is well behaved, and not every guest loves pets or the damage they sometimes cause, or the hair, dander, and sometimes flees they leave behind, so in order to best maintain the unit and the comfort of our more sensitive guests, the have chosen for this unit to be a no pets of any kind unit. So even though your pet is the coolest, most well behaved, and non-shedding pet around and we would most likely love them ourselves and invite them into our own personal residence, the answer will be respectful no on this unit so please don’t even ask. There are many other units that will accommodate pets, but for the safety and comfort of our more sensitive guests, and for the longevity of the condo and furnishings themselves, we have chosen for this condo to be a strictly pet free unit. For basically the same reasons listed above in regards to sensitive guest comfort, and preventing odor and damage to walls and furnishings, this unit is strictly a no smoking or vaping of any kind, inside or outside, unit as well.
