You will have 6300 sq ft of space that sleeps 80 people in 11 sleeping spaces, with a total of 9 bathrooms. 300 of these sq ft--one of the sleeping spaces--is a detached original YMCA camp cabin that has been fully remodeled with electricity and heating/cooling. The large dining room accommodates 80. The large kitchen is equipped with 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 large fridges & pantries (second pantry downstairs), and all the cooking/eating gear you could need. Small propane grill on the balcony just outside the dining room. Lots of puzzles and games in an upstairs cabinets. Ping-pong table, pool table, foosball table, and lots of toys in the downstairs play areas. River-front property for your gatherings and water fun is included, with: fire pit, large grassy area, shade trees, and small beach. S'mores and lightning-bug capturing can be a nightly activity (lots of on-site wood for your fire)! Several watercrafts (Jon boat rated for 8 people, Hobie catamaran sail boat, 2 kayaks, 2 vintage aluminum canoes, 2 inflatable boats, several inner tubes) available on site for rent.
