This charming villa offers 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 5 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and 2 that share a bathroomeach, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The expansive living areas include two stylish living rooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining room, perfect for family gatherings or group meals. Outdoors, you'll find a private swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden, a terrace with al fresco dining, and a BBQ area for those warm summer nights. The villa also features modern amenities, such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. From this idyllic location, you'll enjoy stunning views of the rolling hills and vineyards that make Tuscany so famous. Villa Vianci's prime position allows easy access to local attractions, charming villages, and renowned wineries, making it the perfect base for exploring this enchanting region. Guests should be aware that there is a separate caretaker's apartment on a portion of the top floor. Rest assured, the entrances and service areas for guests and the caretaker are completely separate, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the villa's facilities. The caretaker is discreet and available only when needed, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay without any interruptions. IMPORTANT: Please note that air conditioning is not included in the rental price of Villa Vianci. The villa has a separate meter for air conditioning, which will be checked at both check-in and check-out. The cost is 0.70 EUR per KW. Based on our experience from previous years, the estimated cost for air conditioning ranges from 50 to 200 EUR per week, depending on actual use by guests. Guests will have full access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy and enjoyment of all its amenities. This includes the spacious indoor living areas, the five bedrooms, the modern kitchen, and the dining room. Outdoors, guests can take advantage of the private swimming pool, terrace with al fresco dining, BBQ area, and the beautifully maintained garden. Additionally, there is ample parking space available on-site for guests' convenience. Please be aware that while our caretaker is dedicated to the upkeep of the park and grounds, for any needs or questions during your stay, you can reach out to me directly. The villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, 2km away from the nearest town, Staggia. Having a car at your disposal provides the most flexibility and convenience, allowing you to explore the rich history, culture, and natural beauty of Tuscany at your own pace. From scenic drives through the Chianti wine region to day trips to the historic cities of Siena, Florence, and beyond, a car allows you to make the most of your Tuscan adventure. However, if you prefer not to drive, private hire services are available. These can be arranged for specific trips, but please note that due to their high demand, it is advisable to book them well in advance. Alternatively, a taxi service is available from Siena. Please keep in mind that taxis should ideally be called at least 30-40 minutes prior to when you need them, and unlike private hire services, they cannot be booked far in advance. Rest assured, guest and service access points are entirely separate, ensuring your privacy and comfort. - We're pleased to offer personalized services upon request, such as private chef, and guided tours to make your stay even more enjoyable, but we need to be advised in advance. - The villa is well-suited for family gatherings and groups of friends. We kindly request that our guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and adhere to the property's house rules. - For your convenience, Villa Vianci provides linens, towels, hair dryers and essential toiletries. - By default, we offer 5 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. If you require any of the twin bedrooms to be transformed into double bedrooms, please kindly inform us in advance. - Please inform us in advance if you have any specific needs or requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
