The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for three. There is one queen bed and pull out sofa couch. Additionally there is plenty of closet space and one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. Our home does have a private entrance, a dedicated parking space and visitor spaces available for your use if needed. We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance. This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Additionally there is a Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Neighborhood Walmart, all within a five minute drive. We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $25 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $25 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay. You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
