With one living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen, and a south-facing roof terrace, the 94 sqm apartment impresses with a spacious living feeling. In the light-flooded living room, which, like the rest of the apartment, was furnished with a lot of love for detail modern maritime, there is a high-quality living area with two armchairs and a large, comfortable corner sofa. From the residential landscape, you have a box court on the Baltic Sea and can enjoy a fantastic sea view. There is also a spacious dining area, also with sea views. The living room has a wall-hung SMART TV equipped with an Apple TV box, a hama internet radio and a BlueRay player with a selection of BlueRays. In the entire apartment, a fast Wi-Fi independent from the central Internet of the holiday apartment complex can be used free of charge with a 100 Mbit line and since January 2018 we also offer our holiday guests the free use of Sky Bundesliga, Sky Sport and Sky Cinema. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooking counter with ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood, a Tassimo coffee tab machine (optional also use of the existing Bosch filter coffee machine possible), toaster, kettle and egg cooker. An electric grill from Philips offers the possibility for cozy barbecue evenings on the roof terrace. Holiday guests will also find extensive equipment of high-quality dishes, cutlery and cooking accessories. Also from the open kitchen of the apartment the sky and sea, you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. In the large bedroom with sea view there is a 1.80 m wide box spring double bed with continuous mattress and Schlaraffia Geltex Topper, a large wardrobe and another wall-mounted SMART TV. From the bedroom there is direct access to the little bathroom with shower room. The bathroom offers spacious shelves, shower and extra bathtub. Both bathrooms are exclusively equipped and have natural light. The small bathroom even offers a small sea view. The second bedroom of the apartment is equipped with two high quality box spring single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and a third wall hanging SMART TV. You can also enjoy a Baltic Sea view of Lübeck Bay from this room. In the apartment there is also a built-in safe and various household utensils such as a Dyson battery vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, hand sweeper, iron board and iron. Hair dryer is also available, of course. The large roof terrace with great sea views is facing south and offers sun almost all day due to the location unique in Lübeck Bay in good weather.
