The Baltic Sea beach is only about 140 m away. With a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen and a south-facing roof terrace, the 94 m² apartment impresses with a spacious living feeling. In the light-flooded living room, which, like the rest of the apartment, has been furnished with a lot of love for detail in a modern maritime style, there is a high-quality living area with two armchairs and a large, comfortable corner sofa. From the living area you have a front-row seat on the Baltic Sea and can enjoy a fantastic sea view. There is also a spacious dining area, also with sea views. The living room has a wall-mounted SMART TV equipped with an Apple TV box, a hama Internet radio and a BlueRay player with a selection of BlueRays. In the entire apartment, a fast Wi-Fi with a 100 Mbit line can be used free of charge, independent of the central Internet of the apartment complex, and since January 2018 we have also offered our holiday guests the free use of Sky Bundesliga, Sky Sport and Sky Cinema. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a cooking counter with ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood, a Tassimo coffee tab machine (optionally also use of the existing Bosch filter coffee machine possible), toaster, kettle and egg cooker. A Philips electric grill offers the possibility for cozy barbecues on the roof terrace. Vacation guests will also find an extensive range of high-quality dishes, cutlery and cooking accessories. Also from the open kitchen of the apartment Himmel und Meer you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. In the large bedroom with sea view there is a 1.80 m wide box spring double bed with continuous mattress and Schlaraffia Geltex topper, a large wardrobe and another wall-mounted SMART TV. From the bedroom there is direct access to the small bathroom with shower. The bathroom offers generous storage space, a shower and an additional bathtub. Both bathrooms are exclusively equipped and have daylight. The small bathroom even offers a small sea view. The second bedroom of the apartment is equipped with two high-quality box spring single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a third wall-mounted SMART TV. You can also enjoy a Baltic Sea view of Lübeck Bay from this room. In the apartment, there is also a built-in safe and various household utensils such as a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, hand brush, ironing board and iron. A hairdryer is of course also available. The large roof terrace with great sea views is south facing and offers sun almost all day in good weather due to the unique location in Lübeck Bay. The half-covered roof terrace is equipped with a large table, chairs, two sun loungers, a parasol and a garden box. Also a fitness room, a leisure room with table tennis and foosball table, a lovingly designed playroom for children, a bicycle cellar for parking bicycles, a storage room for water sports equipment and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available in the Südkap Pelzerhaken holiday apartment complex and can be used free of charge by our holiday guests during their vacation.
