The private keypad entrance is yours to use anytime. No access to other areas of the home. Other things to note This is a walkout basement apartment in our family home — my wife, two young boys, and our golden retriever live upstairs. We're quiet and keep noise down, especially after 9 PM. That said, if you're a very light sleeper or need total silence, this may not be the best fit. We'd rather be upfront than leave you disappointed. The thermostat is controlled from upstairs — just message us anytime and we'll adjust it right away. Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM. No smoking of any kind indoors or outdoors. No parties or events.
