There are two central AC units for more precise temperature control. The kitchen features an island and various appliances including a wine cooler, as well as utensils and cookware. Every bedroom has its own smart TV and extra bedding in the closets. Subscriptions to all major streaming services and WiFi are provided. The signal is boosted with a mesh system, which also gives you ethernet access. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled and feature modern style no-step shower pans. Gated parking spaces are available in the front yard, with additional space on the driveway. Both, dryer and washer can be found in the laundry room, along with detergent and extra cleaning utensils. Guest access You will have access to everything inside of your studio. Feel free to open any and all drawers + cabinets. Inside you may find appliances or other consumables. The parking spaces, patio area, and laundry room are shared amenities. In addition to the cleaning supplies stored in your kitchen and bathroom, there are brooms and mops inside the laundry room. Other things to note Although the house is completely yours, the backyard and patio are shared with other guests, as is the laundry room. The garage has been converted to host other guests.
