The space Nicely furnished one bedroom apartments in a quiet building only a 3-5 minute walk away from the University of Washington. It is located near 42nd St NE and NE 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joe"s, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. * Fast internet *Brand new carpet installed 4/11/15. * Unit feature a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. * one new queen bed, a long sofa with removable covers to wash regularly ( the pink chair in the photo was removed). a coffee tables, dining table and chairs, shoe shelves, bed sheets. comforter and duvet, pillow and pillow case, towels and soaps are provided. Guest access Laundry room with coin operated new washers and dryers, fast WIFI (special internet access only for airbnb guests), polite managers and all of the excitement and convenience in U District. $15 parking per day or $200 per month in our own lot compared with $35 per day in nearby crowded parking lot. Other things to note Please do not randomly park. Check in advance about paid parking. with no elevator and air conditioner, but we have a fan. You feel the lake breeze most of time when you open the windows. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. Parking in our lot is $15 per day or $180per month if available (May to Sept $200 per month), please contact me. It is higher than the first floor from North side and 2nd floor from the South side. So it is not handcaped accessible. The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. The rent is based on one person, each additonal guest is $15 per night per person, it needs to be paid and informed in advance. If not but being found out by the host, it would be $25 per person per night. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months. If too filthy, the guest is responsible to pay for the extra cleaning or damages based on $35 per hour for cleaning.
