Historic Ambiance at the Lübstorf Princely Station

Dear guests! Welcome to the historic Fürstenbahnhof Lübstorf, the private reception building of the Mecklenburg Duke Johann Albrecht. I invite you to stay in the apartment in the Gründerzeit style. A fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality bathroom with underfloor heating and an airflow rain shower as well as a large, cozy box-spring bed await you. Very good bicycles as well as a motorcycle for excursions in the area are provided. The space Unique apartment in a historic setting. During the restoration and furnishing, great emphasis was placed on the use of original materials. The disclosure of the old beams is a reminder of the craft of yesteryear, each beam tells its own story. The living/sleeping area is furnished with antiques in the Gründerzeit style. Individual pieces of furniture are over 200 years old and tell stories from the past. For example, the Kaiser plafoniere in the middle of the room illuminated a bank branch in Munich for over 100 years before it was installed in the train station after complete restoration. The good of yesterday has been combined with the best of today: In the fully equipped fitted kitchen, you can expect the latest NEFF technology with a stove, exhaust air, oven, dishwasher as well as a coffee maker and kettle. In the modern bathroom, a spacious shower area awaits you. The underfloor heating warms your feet even inside the shower :-) The rain shower is equipped with the Grohe AIRFLOW system for a particularly pleasant shower. With the DAB/BT built-in radio, you can always listen to your favorite music. If necessary, the radio also wakes you up in the morning. Guest access The apartment is located in the area of the old Reichsbahn archive on the second floor in Lübstorf station. Access is via the entrance from the station parking lot through the staircase. Other things to note You can find much more information about the station and its history on the Internet. The station building is still under restoration and can therefore be partially scaffolded. The construction work has no influence on your stay in the apartment and does not take place when you are there :-) For excursions, chic bicycles can be rented directly on site to explore the surroundings.
