The guestroom/study, referred to as the Cloud Room, is draped in white linen drapes over glass panel partitions seperating it for privacy. This interior guest room is the core of the apartment and can be set up as two singles, one king or used as a study/workroom. No other Sitges rental has a view of a Sitges treasure....the gothic wall. Called "La Vall" is your personal view outside from inside the 10 foot window of sliding glass partitions or sitting outside on the veranda. Below you have one of the most famous Sitges tapas bars called La Punta and steps away you can be on the beach of San Sebatian, touring the Palais Maricel or morning and evening ocean walks around St. Barthlomew. The kitchen has a large marble top island, induction stove, electric fan oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all essentials you will need. Calle Barcelona is in the heart of the Old Town of Sitges, which is a lively town throughout most of the year. However, the property is located on a quiet street, cobble stoned and filled with charm. One of the most photographed and picturesque streets of Sitges. Fantastic shops, bars and restaurants are only moments away. Once you visit, you’ll want to come back every year!! Smoking is strictly permitted in the outside areas only. No parties or loud music after 10pm. Early luggage drop off is available on day of check in after 11am. Check in is after 4pm unless previously arranged. Late checkouts only available if possible and need to be pre arranged. Late luggage collection can be arranged in advance but must be collected before 3pm. Air conditioning is available throughout, However, we are an eco friendly house and ask you to ensure it is switched off if the bedroom is not occupied and windows are closed whilst in operation.
