Cute & Cozy Tiny House in the Woods

Tucked in the peaceful, woodsy Lost Lake area, our modern tiny house offers the perfect mix of seclusion and adventure. Just a short walk (under ½ mile!) to the stunning Lost Lake trailhead—a favorite for hikers and mountain bikers—you’ll be surrounded by tall trees and fresh mountain air. Though it feels like a retreat, you're only 4 miles from the harbor and 5 miles from downtown Seward. Our tiny house is a one-of-a-kind, cozy retreat designed for comfort and simplicity. Newly remodeled, it features a beautiful tile shower with a rainfall showerhead—bringing a touch of luxury to your stay in the woods. The bunk setup includes a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, sleeping up to 3 guests. While we welcome small groups, the space is best enjoyed by 2 adults or 2 adults and a child for maximum comfort. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and all the basic cookware and utensils you’ll need for easy meals. We use a high-quality composting toilet that works much like a regular one—just with a small twist: everyone sits, every time. It’s clean, eco-friendly, and easy to use. A wall heater keeps the space warm and comfortable, no matter the season. Outside, you’ll find a private firepit, perfect for unwinding under the trees and enjoying quiet evenings by the flames. Also feel free to bring your pup - we are pet friendly! This cozy hideaway is the perfect base for your Alaskan adventure! Please note: we do not allow tents, RVs, sleeper vans, or additional guests staying outside the tiny house.
